CANCELLATION POLICY

At Studio Kyle, I strive to offer a seamless and personalized experience for each client. To ensure I can accommodate everyone’s needs, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations or changes made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a charge of 50% of the scheduled service.


In the event of a no-show, a full 100% charge of the service will apply.

I appreciate your respect for this policy, which allows me to provide the best possible service for all clients.

REDO POLICY

At Studio Kyle, I am committed to ensuring you are satisfied with your service. If you are not satisfied with the results, a redo can be arranged within 10 days of your original appointment. Please note that the redo is limited to adjustments of the original service performed and does not include significant changes from the initial request.
